Chocolate Chip Almond Flour Brownies




Everyone loves a fudgey chocolate brownie, and you can’t deny how moorish they are. Once you get the taste for chocolate you can keep eating until your hearts (or stomachs) content.

My take on the brownie will keep you satisfied and healthy. The chocolate chip Cacao nibs and Cacao powder help release endorphins which boost your mood and give you that Chocolate’esque high, and the Manuka honey has huge antibacterial properties to help fight things like colds and sore throats. WIN WIN!



2 cups Almond flour (ground almonds)

1/2 cup Coconut oil melted

1/2 cup Manuka honey

1/3 cup cacao nibs

4 Egg whites

1 Tsp baking powder

1/4 cup Cacao powder



pre heat the oven to 160Degree symbolc

Place the Almond flour, Egg whites, Manuka honey, Cacao powder and Coconut oil into the food processor and blend until smooth.

Then add the baking powder and cacao nibs and gently pulse until mixed

Pre grease your baking tray using cacao butter or coconut oil and pour your brownie mixture in.

Proceed to lick bowl dry like the child you are at heart!

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until you can run a knife through the top without leaving any mixture on it
